There are several ways for customers to pay online such as a credit card, PayPal, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. You might also want to accept additional methods of payment such as cryptocurrency.
We accept returns for delivered items within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we only offer exchanges or store credit. Free returns are available within the United States. For returns from outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for the return shipment. Once we receive and approve the return at our warehouse, our Quality Control team will begin the refund process using the original payment method. The refund will cover the full price of the product(s) but will not include the delivery charges.
All order shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items and the desired delivery speed.
Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the order. An email confirmation with shipping details will be sent once the order is shipped.
